These terms set out the agreement between you (the hirer) and Ridgeline Car Hire. By making a booking you agree to them. Placeholder copy is shown here for demonstration.
01 Booking & payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Ridgeline Car Hire.
A valid credit card and driver licence are required at pick-up. Payment is processed securely through Glovebox at the time of booking or pick-up, depending on your selected payment option.
02 Insurance & liability
Comprehensive insurance is included on every hire. A refundable bond is held against the excess at pick-up.
The hirer is responsible for damage caused by negligence, off-road use where prohibited, or breach of these terms.
03 Cancellation
Free cancellation up to forty-eight hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
Cancellations within forty-eight hours may incur a one-day rental charge.
